There is nothing more constant, than temporary decisions. A man hangs a note, saying that he will soon return, and he leaves the gate unlocked. It will in due course overgrow with web. As the clock shows exact time twice a day, just so this note, on which it is written " I'll be back soon ", may mean, that the person will be back in a minute or will never return . Any thing in life may mean the opposite. The push button "enter" and push button "escape" are actually on one mat.
Each time, at each threshold, stepping on the mat, we press the invisible push button of destiny, never knowing which exactly. We may know it in a second, in 20 years or never.
